On the Account Settings window, select the account you're trying to troubleshoot and select Change. On the Mail Setup - Outlook window, click Email Accounts. In Control Panel, search for and open the Mail icon.

Windows 10: In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then select Control Panel. The word immediately after the symbol is usually your email provider.
